When I was 4, The Electric Company was the bomb! I loved their catchy songs and funny acts. I couldn’t wait to watch them each afternoon.
My 3 year old had found his “Electric Company” on the Disney channel. Imagination Movers has taken over my house with fun songs like “Slip Sliding“, “One More Book” and my guy’s favorite, “My Favorite Snack“:
The Imagination Movers is a 4-guy band created in New Orleans of neighbors & friends. Inspiration for their group came from wanting to create a live action kids show that presented strong male role models for children. Disney took notice and started them on Playhouse Disney in 2008. The Movers write and perform all their own songs and have received kudos for their live performances.
I was thrilled to see that Imagination Movers are coming to Austin’s Paramount Theatre on Saturday, September 29 for their Rock-o-Matic Concert! Tickets are available here.
